We run races from sprint series to multi-class endurance, and we field academy drivers alongside the main squad. We don't restrict on class: you can be R or A, it doesn't matter. You don't even need a headline iRating to be useful to this team — we value consistency and the desire to be better over all else. Endurance rounds and the big specials, shared between drivers. Stint discipline and clear comms matter more here than outright pace.
For drivers still building pace and safety rating. You get track time with the squad and a route into the main teams.
A Spotter or Crew Chief are valuable asset to any team and help form the backbone of Endurance Racing. A spotter calling clear traffic in a multi-class pack, or a crew chief reading a stint and getting the fuel and tyre call right, decides where the car finishes just as surely as the person steering it. Long races can be won or lost in the box. If this is more your pace, we want you.
